The team at Harcourts Packham were in dire need of an update to match their culture and stature in the market. The previous website had been neglected and contained a mixture of outdated content, broken links and a variety of mobile responsive issues.
After a lengthy but effective discovery process with James (Managing Director), Jacob (Business Manager) and the social media and content team, we outlined they key user groups and devised a new sitemap plan , consolidating old pages and creating new ones.
Working with the Harcourts Brand guidelines and some encouragement from Jacob to push the boundaries, I was able to create a design system that both fit the Harcourts Brand, and also set the Packham team apart with some unique visual styles.
